FRIENDS OF THE CRANFORD PUBLIC LIBRARY MUSEUM PASS PROGRAM

The Friends of the Cranford Public Library are very pleased to provide passes to outstanding museums in New York and New Jersey. Passes may be borrowed by adult Cranford Library card holders and adult members of the Friends of the Cranford Public Library with MURAL borrowing privileges. Borrowers must be in good standing with the Cranford Public Library and, in the case of MURAL patrons, with their home library (i.e., no long overdue materials or outstanding fees or fines). A pass may be borrowed for two days. It may not be renewed or reserved. To see if a pass is available, search by the museum's name in the library's online catalog at cranford.com/library. Passes are available on a first come, first served basis. Passes may be borrowed for only one institution at a time. Passes must be picked up from and returned to the library's main desk. Please be sure to verify the hours of operation of the museum you plan to visit. Museum numbers and Web addresses appear below. The overdue fine for a pass is $2.00 per day. The replacement fee for a lost pass is $25.00. The replacement fee for a lost case is $1.00.

About the Friends of the Cranford Public Library
The Museum Pass Program is one of many ways in which the Friends of the Cranford Public Library support the library. Founded in 1979, the Friends fund virtually all the library's adult programs. They sponsor the highly successful children's, young adult, and adult summer reading programs, purchase equipment and furniture for public use, make a major annual donation to the library book budget, and fund an annual library studies scholarship. Funds contributed by the Friends helped start the library's Great Courses DVD collection, the Modern Scholar CD collection, the Drama Collection on CD, and the book club kit collection. Please consider joining the Friends and help them support and enhance all the wonderful materials and services offered by the library. Friends members receive the library's bi-monthly newsletter, The Reader, in the mail.
